Festival Grounds Know Before You Go

The below information is for Turnstile on Sunday, October 18.

Please note that events at our Festival Grounds are outdoor. No re-entry is permitted at any time for any of these events.

PARKING + RIDESHARE

TURNSTILE is an outdoor event. There is no parking at or around the venue. Do not park at any of our surrounding lots, as your car may be towed at owners expense.

Free parking is being offered at the Stadium Parking Structure on 1020 W. Civic Center Drive, Santa Ana, CA 92703 with free complimentary shuttle services provided to and from the venue. Please follow parking signs upon your arrival. Parking lots will open at 3:00PM with shuttle services beginning promptly at 3:30PM. Shuttle services will be available for 45 minutes after the show.

ADA parking is available at the Stadium Parking Structure and our shuttles are ADA accessible. Please ask a staff member on-site to assist you.

Allow ample time when commuting to our Festival Grounds from the Stadium Parking Structure. Our shuttles transport at an interval of roughly every 15 to 20 minutes. Early arrival is strongly encouraged.

ACCESSIBILITY

ADA parking is available at the Stadium Parking Structure and our shuttles are ADA accessible. Please ask a staff member on-site to assist you upon your arrival.

Our Festival Grounds shows are general admission standing events that involve considerable standing for many attendees. Guests in need of ADA assistance will have a designated, elevated viewpoint located to the right side of the stage that offers optimal viewing of the show. Our ADA section is first come, first serve; early arrival is strongly encouraged. Upon your arrival, please speak with an employee for further assistance. If you have purchased reserved, ADA-accessible tickets online, you do not need to follow our "first come, first serve" policy. 

If you are hard of hearing and require an ASL interpreter, email us at ObservatoryOCInfo@livenation.com and include how many in your party need interpretation and the ticket type you have. The Observatory offers sign language interpretation upon request only.

REQUESTS FOR INTERPRETERS MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE. Interpretation requests are subject to the availability of an interpreter.

Service animals are welcome with proper documentation.

COAT CHECK

Coat check is located past the main entrance near the train tracks. Please follow signage or refer to our site map.

CASHLESS EVENT

With the exception of our merch stand, we've gone cashless! We accept credit, debit, or mobile pay. Convert your cash to a prepaid debit card with no fees at our Coat Check.

BAG POLICY

For the safety and security of all guests, the Turnstile tour will operate under a clear-bag-only policy.

• Approved bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and no larger than 12 x 6 x 12. Must be easily searchable upon entry.
• Small clutches or wallets no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 are permitted, subject to venue policy and security screening.
• Backpacks, oversized bags, non-clear purses, luggage, camera bags and other large personal bags will not be permitted inside the venue.
• Medical, accessibility, parent/ child-care related bags or other essential bags will be permitted after venue security inspects them, in accordance with venue policy.
• Please allow extra time for entry screening. All guests and approved bags are subject to search as a condition of entry.

• Empty, plastic hydration packs with no more than two main compartments and one smaller compartment.
• One sealed bottles of water per person
• Clear bags no larger than 12 x 6 x 12
• Small clutches no larger than 4.5 x 6.5
• Cameras – non-professional only, no Mede or detachable lenses
• Food in a clear, sealed, one-gallon plastic bag
• Vape pens / E-cigs - no refill juice or extra tanks
• Prescription medication (with ID)
• Sealed tampons
• Sealed Chapstick
• Sunscreen (No aerosol cans)
• Hand sanitizer 
• Sealed cigarettes
• Lighters
• Mobile phone chargers
• Handheld portable fans (paper or motorized)

ITEMS PROHIBITED

Note that items allowed/prohibited are subject to change.

• No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray. projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm
• No weapons or replicas of any weapon
• No professional cameras, Mede or detachable lenses.
• No Ray-Ban Meta or Oakley Meta that include visible cameras and are marketed as smart glasses for social media and everyday capture recording
• No Drones and remote-controlled aircraft
• No aerosol cans (hairspray, mace, pepper spray, sunscreen, etc)
• No large, oversized bags/backpacks. luggage, grocery & paper bags, duffel bags, large bags, large purses, large camera cases or industrial/camping-sized backpacks
• No signs, banners or large flags
• No electronic equipment, including laptop computers, video recorders, tripod & wearable video cameras, including GoPro’s
• No animals (except certified service animals to aid guests with disabilities)
• No balloons (air or helium)
• No balls (beach balls, footballs, etc.)
• No objects that can be used as missiles or projectiles (sticks, bats, clubs, Frisbees, etc.)
• No offensive or profane messages or images on signs and clothing. Must comply with standards of taste and decency.
• No drugs, drug paraphernalia, or illegal substances of any kind
• No coolers, ice chests, or open containers of any kind
• No strollers, skateboards, bicycles, or large metal keychains
• No wallet chains or chain accessories
• No wagons or scooters
• No air horns or noisemaking devices (bells, horns, kazoos, whistles, etc.)
• No frozen water bottles
• No promotional items (flyers, samples)
• No laser pointers
• No markers (permanent) and paint
• No lawn chairs
• No seat cushions
• No selfie-sticks
• No strollers and infant car seats or carriers
• No umbrellas
• No fireworks
