Parking
There will be no on-site parking available for the duration of the event. Free parking is being offered at Santa Ana College on 1334 N Bristol St. (entrance on Bristol St. & Campus Dr. only), with shuttle services provided to and from the venue. Transportation shuttles to and from the venue begin one hour before doors. Door times vary per festival grounds show. Shuttles run every 15-20 minutes and will be available for only 45 minutes post-show. Please note that all guests will be directed to Gate 6. Please do not park in any of the surrounding lots as your car may get towed.
Shuttle drop-off and pick-up will be located off of 3511 W Sunflower Ave, between Harbor and Susan. Shuttles will loop through the business park to drop off and pick up guests closer to our Festival Grounds entrance on W Lake Center Dr.
Rideshare drop-off and pick-up will be curbside on W Sunflower Ave. In order to maintain the flow of traffic for our shuttles, please do not drive into the business park.
Please note that there will be no pick-up or drop-offs allowed on Harbor Blvd or directly in front of the venue on Lake Center Dr. Please follow the signage that's posted.

Accessibility
The terrain of our Observatory Festival Grounds comprises gravel and concrete, ensuring convenient navigation and maneuverability. Although the event will involve considerable standing for many attendees, we provide our guests with ADA an elevated, designated viewpoint that offers optimal viewing of the show. Speak with a guest services rep on site for ADA accommodations.
If you are hard of hearing and require an ASL interpreter, email us at ObservatoryOCInfo@livenation.com and include how many in your party need interpretation and the ticket type you have. The Observatory offers sign language interpretation upon request only.
REQUESTS FOR INTERPRETERS MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE. Interpretation requests are subject to the availability of an interpreter.
Service animals are welcome with proper documentation.
