Getting Here and Parking
We are located at the intersection of West Lake Center Drive and South Harbor Blvd at 3503 South Harbor Blvd. Santa Ana, CA 92704.
If you’re coming from the freeway on the 405 North, exit Harbor Blvd and turn right, then turn right at West Lake Center Drive. If you’re coming from the 405 South, exit Harbor Blvd and turn left, then right at West Lake Center Drive. You’ll see the venue on the left and signs for parking.
We strongly encourage you to pre-purchase parking online prior to the show. All remaining parking not sold out on our website is filled on a first come, first serve basis and extremely limited.

The Observation Deck is not available for Constellation Room shows. Tickets are sold separately and are not included with admission into the Observation Deck. Tickets must be purchased prior to booking.

When you purchase Fast Lane we are inviting you to join us for our pre-show patio party one hour prior to doors - at no extra cost! Join us on our patio for food, drinks, games, and more before the show. This is not a concert ticket and does not grant early entry into the main room. The patio opens one hour prior to doors for our Fast Lane guests and will be open to GA attendees after the venue doors open.

Accessibility
While our venue is General Admission standing only, we do have an ADA section for qualified patrons. Please purchase ADA accessible tickets via Ticketmaster and speak to our staff upon your arrival. If your show does not have ADA accessible tickets available, please purchase General Admission tickets and speak to our staff upon your arrival. We will do our best to meet your accommodations.
We also have ADA ramp access into the building and ADA restrooms to the left of our stage. Please speak to a staff member upon your arrival for further assistance.
