• In-person ticket purchases are taking place today 9/14 at the Observatory from 1-8pm.
• Tickets are ONLY available in person at the Observatory. First come, first served – while supplies last. Tickets purchased online or through third-party websites will NOT be valid.
• Tickets are $30 all-in. physical credit / debit cards required. Mobile payments are not accepted.
• 2 ticket limit. Tickets are will call only and must be picked up on Monday, 9/15 with a valid photo ID. Full party must be present to enter the venue. If +1 is not with purchaser when entering, staff will forgo the extra ticket - no refunds. Tickets cannot be passed from purchaser to a third party.
• Will Call & parking lots open tomorrow 9/15 at 5PM. All lots around the Observatory are not available for parking prior to 5pm. Parking is limited. Please respect neighboring businesses by parking only in designated lots. Doors open at 6pm. No ins and outs day of show after entering the venue.
• Enter via Harbor to access our lot. Additional parking will be available. Follow posted signage and staff directions.
• If you or a member of your party requires ADA assistance, please notify a venue staff member at the time of arrival and they will assist you upon entry.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

While guests can arrive at the venue ahead of doors, please note the following items are prohibited upon entry:

• No large, oversized bags/backpacks, luggage, duffel bags, or industrial, camping-sized backpacks larger than 12 X 12 x 6
• No coolers, ice chests, or open containers of any kind
• No glass containers, cans, or aluminum water containers
• No outside food or drinks, including alcohol
• No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
• No folding chairs or collapsible stools
• No blankets or pillows

Please dispose of / return these items to your car before entering the venue. chairs and additional items brought in line can be turned in once entering the venue at our coat check.
